Local Pickup Information

Free local collection is available for online orders when the local pickup option is displayed during checkout. Collection takes place from our Area 151 TCG shop in Hereford.

If local pickup is available for your order, select it during checkout and wait until we send the Ready for Collection email before travelling to the shop.

What to bring when collecting

Please bring at least one of the following:

• Your Area 151 TCG order number
• Your order-confirmation email
• The Ready for Collection email shown on your phone or printed

We may also ask to see suitable identification where reasonably necessary to make sure the order is handed to the correct person.

Collection by another person

Someone else may collect the order on your behalf, but please contact us before collection so that we can record the arrangement.

Email support@area151tcg.shop and provide:

• Your order number
• The name used when placing the order
• The name of the person collecting
• Any other information reasonably requested to confirm the arrangement

The person collecting should bring the order number or collection email and may be asked to show suitable identification.

When will my order be ready?

Preparation times can vary depending on the products ordered, stock availability and how busy the shop is.

We prepare local collection orders as quickly as reasonably possible and send the Ready for Collection email when the order is available.

Urgent collection enquiries

If you need an update about an existing collection order, email support@area151tcg.shop and include your order number. We can confirm the current status, but we cannot guarantee that the order will be ready by a particular time.

Orders awaiting collection

We will hold a prepared order for a reasonable period after sending the Ready for Collection email.

If you cannot collect promptly, please contact us so that we know when to expect you and can help keep the order secure.

Where an order remains uncollected for an extended period and we cannot reach the customer, we may contact the customer again to discuss collection or cancellation. Any cancellation and refund will be handled in accordance with our policies and applicable consumer rights.

Cancelling a collection order

Contact us as soon as possible if you no longer want an online order placed for collection.

We will try to cancel the order before it is handed over. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and cannot normally be sent to a different card, account or payment method.

Returning a collected online order

An order placed and paid for through our website remains an online order even when it is collected from our shop.

Applicable statutory cancellation and return rights for online purchases therefore remain available, subject to any exceptions provided by UK consumer law.

Please contact us before returning an item so that we can confirm the correct steps and match the product to your order.
