Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 August 2026

These Terms of Service explain the conditions that apply when you browse area151tcg.shop, place an online order, select local collection or otherwise use the services provided by Area 151 TCG.

Please read these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy.

Important information

Nothing in these terms removes, restricts or replaces your statutory rights as a UK consumer. Where applicable consumer law gives you stronger protection than these terms, that legal protection will apply.

1. About Area 151 TCG

Area 151 TCG is an independent trading-card and collectibles retail business operated by Aaron William Mullen. We sell physical products through our online store and from our retail shop in Hereford.

Business, shop, dispatch and returns address
Area 151 TCG
Bewell St
Hereford

United Kingdom

Email: support@area151tcg.shop

Phone: +44 1432 674649

These terms apply to orders placed through our online store. Purchases completed in person at our Hereford shop are in-store purchases and are not treated as online orders, although all applicable statutory consumer rights continue to apply.

2. Using our website

You may use our website to browse products, place genuine orders, review store information and contact Area 151 TCG.

You must not use the website to:

  • Carry out unlawful, fraudulent or misleading activity
  • Use payment information without permission from the authorised account holder
  • Attempt to access accounts, servers or restricted website areas without authorisation
  • Introduce malicious code or interfere with the website's operation or security
  • Use automated tools to place false orders or disrupt the service
  • Copy or commercially reuse protected website content without permission or another lawful basis

We may reasonably restrict access or cancel suspicious activity where necessary to protect our customers, website or business.

3. Who may place an order

An online order should be placed by someone who is able to enter into the purchase transaction and is authorised to use the payment method selected at checkout.

Where appropriate, an order for or involving a younger customer should be completed with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

4. Products and descriptions

We take reasonable care to present product descriptions, specifications, photographs and other information accurately.

Please be aware that:

  • Product colours may appear slightly different depending on screen and device settings
  • Manufacturers may occasionally update packaging without changing the product itself
  • Minor variations may occur where they do not materially change the product's nature or quality
  • Dimensions and measurements may be approximate unless the product page states otherwise
Sealed trading-card products, including booster packs and boxes, may contain randomised contents determined by the manufacturer. We do not guarantee the specific cards, rarity or value contained in a sealed randomised product.

Nothing in this section affects your legal right to receive products that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where applicable.

5. Prices and delivery charges

Product prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). The price shown on the product page and confirmed at checkout is the price payable, subject to correction of a clear and genuine pricing error.

Standard delivery within the United Kingdom is free on every online order, with no minimum order value.

If we identify an obvious pricing error before dispatch, we may contact you and give you the choice of proceeding at the correct price or cancelling the affected item for a full refund.

6. Product availability

All products are offered subject to availability. Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

We will not replace an unavailable product with a different product without your agreement. Where appropriate, you may cancel the unavailable item and receive a refund to the original payment method.

7. Payment

Online payments are processed securely through the payment options made available by Shopify Payments and displayed during checkout.

Only the payment methods displayed during checkout are available for a particular order. Available methods may vary depending on the customer's device, card issuer or checkout eligibility.

All payments are processed in GBP. Area 151 TCG sells products as one-time purchases and does not operate a subscription or recurring-billing service.

Complete card information is entered into the secure checkout and handled by the relevant payment provider. Area 151 TCG does not receive or store your complete payment-card number through the online checkout.

Payments may be subject to authorisation, fraud-prevention and security checks. An order may be declined or cancelled where payment cannot be authorised or where there are reasonable security concerns.

8. Placing and accepting an order

When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products in accordance with these terms.

An initial order-confirmation email confirms that we have received your order. It does not by itself guarantee that every item will be supplied.

For a delivery order, the contract is formed when we accept the order and send a dispatch confirmation. For a local-collection order, the contract is formed when we accept the order and send the Ready for Collection notification.

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • A product is unavailable
  • Payment cannot be authorised
  • The supplied delivery information is incomplete or invalid
  • A clear pricing or product-information error has occurred
  • We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised payment activity

If we cancel a paid order or individual item, the relevant amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

9. UK delivery

Delivery summary
  • Delivery area: United Kingdom only
  • Standard delivery charge: Free
  • Courier: Royal Mail
  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Transit time: 2–5 business days
  • Total estimated delivery timeframe: 3–8 business days

Orders are prepared and dispatched from our Hereford shop. The 3–8 business-day estimate covers order processing, preparation, packing, dispatch and delivery.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

When tracking or delivery-reference information is available for the Royal Mail service used for your shipment, it will be provided after dispatch using the contact information entered at checkout.

Customers should check that the delivery name, address, postcode and contact information entered during checkout are complete and accurate.

10. Free local collection

Free local collection is available only when the option is displayed during checkout. Collection is from:

Area 151 TCG
Bewell St
Hereford
HR4 0BA
United Kingdom

Please wait until you receive a Ready for Collection email before travelling to the shop. An order-confirmation email does not mean that the products are ready to collect.

When collecting, you may be asked to provide your order-confirmation email, order number or suitable identification where reasonably necessary to hand over the order securely.

11. Cancellations, returns and refunds

To request cancellation before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to stop the order, although cancellation cannot be guaranteed once preparation or dispatch processing has begun.

For an online order, you may notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, except where an exclusion applies under UK consumer law. After notifying us, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Area 151 TCG covers reasonable standard return postage for a valid change-of-mind return made in accordance with our policy. We do not charge a restocking fee.

If a product is faulty, damaged, incomplete or supplied incorrectly, please contact us so that we can provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your consumer rights.

The distance-selling change-of-mind period applies to online orders except where a lawful exclusion applies. We do not offer a general change-of-mind right for purchases completed in person at our physical shop, although statutory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed products remain protected.

12. Your consumer rights

UK consumer law gives customers legal rights in relation to the products they purchase.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes rights that cannot legally be restricted, including applicable rights to receive goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, as well as applicable cancellation rights for online orders.

13. Website content and intellectual property

Website text, original product descriptions, photographs, graphics, layouts and Area 151 TCG branding are owned by us or used with appropriate permission.

You may browse the website and print or save reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use.

You must not reproduce, distribute, republish, sell or commercially exploit protected website content without prior written permission or another lawful basis. Third-party product names, brands and intellectual property, including trading-card game names and artwork, remain the property of their respective owners. Area 151 TCG is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher unless expressly stated.

14. External websites and services

Our website or emails may include links to external services, such as Royal Mail delivery information, payment providers, Google Maps or our social-media pages.

External websites operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Area 151 TCG is not responsible for content or services controlled by an unrelated third party, although this does not affect any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Website availability

We take reasonable steps to keep the website available and functioning properly. However, uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.

Parts of the website may occasionally be updated, restricted or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, technical or operational reasons.

16. Our responsibility

Where we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. Products sold for personal consumer use are not supplied for commercial resale or business purposes unless expressly agreed.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Breach of statutory consumer rights
  • Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited

17. Events outside our reasonable control

Occasionally, an order or website service may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, courier-network disruption, industrial action, transport interruption or widespread technical failure.

Where this happens, we will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and provide relevant information where possible.

If a delay becomes substantial, please contact us. Your applicable cancellation and refund rights remain protected.

18. Privacy and cookies

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Information about cookies, similar technologies and the choices available to website visitors is provided in our Cookie Policy.

19. General provisions

Severability
If one provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
Delay in enforcement
If we do not enforce a right immediately, this does not necessarily mean that the right has been waived.
Transfer of rights
We may transfer our rights or obligations where doing so does not reduce your statutory rights. You may transfer your rights where the law permits or where we agree in writing.
Policies and checkout information
These terms should be read together with the policies referred to above and the product, price, delivery and payment information displayed during checkout.
Updates
We may update these terms when our services, website or legal obligations change. The version displayed when an order is placed will apply to that order.

20. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, nothing in this section prevents you from relying on mandatory consumer protections or using courts available to you under applicable law.
