Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail. Where tracking or delivery-reference information is available for the service used, it will be provided after dispatch.

For online orders, you may notify us of your decision to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, except where an exclusion applies under UK consumer law. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Area 151 TCG covers reasonable standard return postage for a valid change-of-mind return made in accordance with our policy. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method, subject to applicable statutory time limits.
